5. You should organise/attend at least four group meetings
before the presentation.
Keep a record of your attendance using the provided form on
the MOLE.
After dividing the tasks individuals can start to work on their own
part of the presentation.
Plan your time as each group will have up to 20 minutes
maximum for the whole presentation (followed by 5 minutes
question time).
6. Be focused and organised!
Avoid including too many slides.
Make sure slides are readable from all parts of
the room ( e.g font size, colour, etc).
Slides should NOT be overcrowded.
Rehears: rehears your presentation individually
and also with your group.
7. Logical sequencing: develop a structured and
organised argument.
Use innovative presentation methods i.e use graphs,
relevant images, charts… etc.
Do not read from the text.
Body language e.g strategic use of voice/eye contact,
etc.

Your presentation will be observed and marked by two members of staff and the same
mark will be given to all members of the group.
