Powered by the Taylor Institute and in partnership with the
School of Communication’s Social Media Learning Lab – To
provide students from across the University of Akron
opportunities to gain practical experience in managing and
executing Digital Integrated Marketing Communication
campaigns.
3. Objectives
1. Help students learn and determine the
primary audience and the desired
conversational goals (Acquire, Retain,
Convert, Re-activate, Appreciate).
2. Provide opportunities to understand the
importance of strategy with a creative focus.
3. Introduce students to social media
practitioners to act as mentors.
4. Execute and Develop real-world campaigns
on behalf of our clients.
