She distributed promotional flyers around local newsagents offering a free 42 page booklet and discounts on pedometers and shoes. She also offered one day workshops for £120 per person and follow up reminder ads. The promotion drove people to her website which featured her product offerings and opportunities to opt-in to her email list and engage on social media. She also had a joint venture partnership with Bupa featured on her site.
