This document describes several automated systems used at a factory including a barcode system for inventory management, a quality management information system (MIS) for inputting and reporting quality data, an automated production monitoring system for hourly production reporting and analysis, and an automated machine preventive maintenance system that tracks service and repair records for machines. The overall goal is to convert the existing Excel-based systems to a more advanced software using C#/ASP.net and SQL database for an integrated management framework.

• By scanning the Cell sticker complete location
system is updated.
• Also if there is any duplicate entry due to double
entry/scanning then that particular cell will be
highlighted in Red.

over line wise m/c status.
• After every service or repair M/C barcode will be scanned to maintain service/repair records
