The Konstanz Method of Dilemma Discussion is a method developed by Georg Lind over two decades of research for developing moral competencies. It uses everyday ethical dilemmas that present difficult choices between options that will negatively impact something. The method is dynamic, interactive, emotional, and focuses on real-life situations. It provides a space for students to practice communication skills, understand different perspectives, express feelings and attitudes, and engage in self-reflection, with the teacher acting as a guide and facilitator.
