The Rotary Club of Kyiv International and Rotaract Kyiv International held many activities in 2021-2022 including: 1) Hosting regular meetings and trainings on topics like financial literacy, leadership, and fundraising. 2) Conducting a long-running financial literacy project that trained over 5,000 people across 11 Ukrainian cities. 3) Launching new Rotary clubs in cities like Chernihiv and Cherkasy. 4) Partnering with other organizations on projects like improving community safety and creating an endowment fund.

2. Our meetings every Monday
• Every Monday we met online and offline to
communicate and expand our capabilities
• We held 47 meetings (we did not hold club
meetings on public and religious holidays)
• Our guests were: Ministry of Digital
Transformation, Invest Ukraine, Media,
Singularity Univercity, National Bank,
gallery owners, and many others…

3. We held trainings for children - first aid
in 5 schools

4. Financial Literacy "Welfare of Nation"
• 5000+ people and children we trained since the project beginning
• 3500+ volunteers joined the project
• 50+ schools and universities joined the project
• 400+ trainers are certified and started their volunteer work in schools
• 97 trainers in financial literacy were certified by USAID
• 11 cities joined the project
• 1500+ trainings were conducted
• We launched the Learning Management System online (set of online materials
for financial literacy for both children and trainers)
• 100 board games set were produced and distributed to schools

The Philanthropy National Network for the Development of
Local Philanthropy brings together 18 non-governmental
organizations of Ukraine working on the principle of
community foundation, attracting and redistributing
charitable financial and material resources to meet the
priority needs of their communities.

18. Morning reading clubs
• Back in the winter, our club members A. Panasevych and A. Kharitonchuk
Donated library with books for Rotaract
• Rotaract has launched a reading club, where every morning at 6.00-7.00
our volunteers read books and discuss them
• On average 20-60 volunteers gather for the morning reading every day
• The authors of the books visited us: Valery Strilchyk, Margarita Sichkar,
Roman Kuzyuk, and read their own books

famous financial experts (Yuri Tinus, Lubomyr Ostapiv,

near Kyiv in the village of Pidhirtsi in the restaurant
