Based on field data, site investigations, and pilot testing develop cleanup strategies including
mechanical systems, in-situ and ex-situ biological and chemical designs, excavation projects
to remove impacted soils, and complete Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure
Plans (SPCC). Other responsibilities include:
Develop scope of work proposals that include cost estimates and discuss proposals
