11. Testimonials, recommendations and
constructive feedback
“Dear Michael, you still speak too fast. Every body understands you
like to do some promotion in the beginning and not in the end, but
speak less fast. F0r 95 percent of the audience is English a second
language. Second thing is your program was (again) too long.
Canceling slides is not good. Your guest did not cancel any slides.
Two hours is two hours. It was such a pity I could not join the end
simply because of other appointments. I hope you do not mind my
honest comment

12. Testimonials, recommendations and
constructive feedback
“Please refer to my previous testimonial. I'll be
glad to provide another one next time but I had
to leave this seminar in the middle of Kevan's
presentation. In general I think these are really
well done (technical, content, interaction,
atmosphere), except for this time, I found it hard
to pay attention to Kevan's speech.
13. Testimonials, recommendations and
constructive feedback
" Very profound, detailed and very up-to-date.”

“No one does this better than Michael Leander.
I have attended several of his web seminars over
the past months – and he is very knowledgeable,
very willing to share his knowledge and on top of
that he is an outstanding presenter.”

15. Moving forward
• Great feedback, thank you. We will use it to improve the next
web-seminars
• We are working hard to identify more speakers, more interesting
topics and look forward to seeing you at one of our events.

16. Marketing learnings by Michael Leander
• It is interesting to see how differently two people review the same
experience. It again goes to prove how important it is to match
speaker, topic and competence level of attendees.
• Conversion from signup to attendance is a an issue with web-
seminars as it is with regular seminars.
