results to the Vicepresident
CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
Is the manager of the other
instance of service operations like
technical support, rejections, and
service’s end-point. He must to
warrant the level of service and the
satisfaccion of the final consumer.
QUALITY & PROCESSES MANAGER
Is the responsible of manage and
show results of the quality of all
processes. The quiality is the high
level service in all areas trought the
consumer pass across. Besides,he
need to think, draw, and explain all
new and historical processes.
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Lead the payroll and hiring managment. Is
responsible of hire new personal and
manage their profile in the company. This
department sets the begining tools in the
platform.
ENGAGEMENT & CUSTOMER SUPERVISORS
Is the team leading by the
Engagement and Customer Managers
respectively. They must warrant the
service within their advisor teams
QUALITY ANALYST
They must analize, create, and develop new processes and test the
historical processes to set the correct way to grow. They also get
monitoring results
PAYROLL ANALYST
He must sets the pays of all hiring personal in the company.
ADVISORS
The base team. Is the responsible of face the
customer, sell the product, reject de
objections, support the issues of the product
and more client management
