warrant the level of service and the

6. QUALITY & PROCESSES MANAGER
Is the responsible of manage and
show results of the quality of all
processes. The quiality is the high
level service in all areas trought the
consumer pass across. Besides,he
need to think, draw, and explain all
new and historical processes.
7. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Lead the payroll and hiring managment. Is

manage their profile in the company. This
department sets the begining tools in the
platform.
