ENCONTRO DE ALINHAMENTO TÁTICO COM CONSULTORES DE PÓS-VENDA
Pedregal also led and implemented Toyota’s SGMP/KPI Program in order to enhance Dealers operations
through the analysis of indicators which interrelated allow the visualization of their strengths & weaknesses;
Such program demanded an intensive planning and infra-structure preparation to automatically transfer
dealers Repair Order (including customer’s contact data and their purchasing behaviors aiming to promote
retention plans and cross and up-selling) to Toyota’s Data Bank with the collaboration and support of Toyota
Corporation, Information Technology Division (IT) as well as Dealer Management System (DMS) Vendors.
Later on this program was rolled out to Toyota Motor’s overseas subsidiaries;
To deploy this program within dealerships a robust Training Strategy was set.
