    • Swing is a concept, but also a learning ecosystem, where actions of each participant can have an effect on motivation, activities, methods, and goals of all participants. We are to provide support for that ecosystem to flourish.

My working experience includes international sales & marketing and tourism (among others). Follower & user of social media, also in Russian.   Noora Sandgren   I´m on study leave from digital marketing co-ordination work at a youth adventure travel company spread to 6 countries. During the 4 years there I´ve built an active Facebook society in addition to other social media and brand work. Now I´m working as a freelance journalist & writing my master’s thesis on Social psychology, research on change leadership/organizational psychology. I´ve educated myself on empowering & therapeutic photography, art therapy, using art for social change, and entrepreneurship. I´ve also participated in photojournalistic workshops in St. Petersburg & worked as a gallerist. I’ve been a part of music festival production team as well.   Jarmo Lahti (@Jal53)   I am a technology and innovation journalist. I have tens of years of experience in Finnish leading trade press companies – as journalist, editor in chief and developer manager of editorial systems. Nowadays I am a freelancer and an entrepreneur. I’m quite a young guy but have been doing things with computers and Internet since I could stand on my own feet. Now I am very interested in developing the Swing to become what we see it having a possibility to be: a great educational experience for singers around the world.     • As every episode has a dedicated coach, there could be also a dedicated social media coach / curator / network facilitator for every episode. She/he could lead the discussion, tell about other Swing channels, give advice on how to use the channels, participate, contribute and discuss. Curating the channels (own and other) would also be one of the tasks.
    • Roles of the curators
    • Providing an example of social media use that relates to learning, growth, creativity
    • Giving advise on how to use social media: both from cultural perspective (find your tribe, free your self to allow mistakes and learn from them, understanding agency and ownership in social media etc.) as well as from technical point of view (e.g. which tools suit which purposes, how to start using those tools)

    • Like SomeTime movement, also SWING social media project inspires people: there is a passion
    • Like SomeTime movement, also SWING social media project needs a core team: to be the first crowd on the fireplace, to encourage the others to join, to take care on the progress
    • The first to join were people interested about the process and social media piloting -> the real tribe needs a real fireplace to join
    • The problem was the lack of clear messages in the beginning: What are we doing / Communications strategy + the homepage
