authority
 Great Leaders are Great Decision Makers
 Take Decision and make the decision right
 Make fair decisions, even if they have a negative
impact on themselves
 Great Leaders are lead from front
 Leaders are take the reasonability of every decision
may be right or wrong
 Leaders are good communicator.
 Let others speak first
 Speak frankly with others to learn from them and
build trust
