  1. What made ING successful is that they understood that, in order to adopt the cloud successfully, the whole organization had to change. Its success lies in the fact that ING did not treat the change into the cloud as an IT-only issue. For that purpose ING initiated a large-scale awareness and education campaign around their cloud initiative.
