*As teachers, we are both responsible for students’ academic achievement as well as their character growth.  *Especially in inclusive settings, We must impose values that teach respect for others and for self.  *Development of character should be an integral piece in curriculum development for all ages. .
*With a focus on character development and learning of social norms, children will learn to work together in a community and respect one another *We must maintain high expectations of students’  academic efforts and their efforts in building  themselves as positive members of society
