This document discusses using crowdfunding and matchfunding to help bring cultural heritage out of closed spaces and make it accessible to the public. It provides examples of how crowdfunding platforms like Goteo can help fund projects that reuse digital cultural content, especially for educational purposes. A matchfunding call is announced that will provide €10,000 to match three crowdfunding campaigns focused on cultural institutions and their communities reusing digital content in education.
