Service Selected: Zone HR of Max Life Insurance
• As a Zone HR Team, Team Esat stands at no
one position in almost every aspect in the
Functional HR such as:
• Employee Retention
• Employee Engagement
• F&F Closure
• Employee Grievance Solution .
The notable features of East Zone HR team shall
be:
 assigned budgeted manpower for EAST.
 Own Induction Training Facility
 EDAP handling authority
Apart from these daily transactional tasks take
place on a day to day basis such as:
 Recruitment
 Various types of Engagement
 F&F Clarence
 Attendance
 Background Verification
Chances of Error Take place due to these reasons:
 Geographical distance between Zone Office &
HO. For these sometimes miscommunication
occurs.
 Employees who are placed in remote locations
are very tough to reach
 Top Down approach sometimes is not proper.
Company as well as Zone Team is following
standard procedures for almost every aspect:
 Manpower planning
 Hiring through External consultancies as well
as Referral Process.
 Exit formalities through Exit Intervies
 Background verification by own team along
with third party.
 Employee engagements in a standard gap
 As long as the East Zone Team remains the
functional and support team of HR will be
always there.
 The overall TAT for all the services are already
pre fixed.
 TAT excels are recorded by HO and shared on
a daily basis with the Zone Team
 The East zone has a man power of 450+
employees. The HR Term has a TAT of 1 day in
the area of Revert to any question which is
strictly maintained.
HR services are given to all the employees.
On a regular basis engagement, encouragement
mailers are sent. Apart from these Birthday
Mailers, Anniversary mailers are sent in a
regular basis.
