4. ◆Metadata creation by tab-separated values (tsv)
In addition to the web interface, you’ll be able to
create metadata by using spreadsheets too, to
assist the registration of the large number of
submissions.
5. Note:
✔ Incomplete submissions will be deleted.
Submissions in the status ”new” or ”metadata_submitted” will
not be reflected into the new system.
Start the validation by May 2nd (Fri).
✔ Trim the technical sequences and register the data.
You need to remove the technical sequences such as adapter
and primer in advance.
✔ Divide barcode data in advance.
Register run data per BioSample.
(1 Run -> 1 Experiment -> 1 BioSample)
