2. Stage one:
The red tape
represents the heart
monitor in a hospital
to that the patient is
stable.A slightly high
angle is used to get all
the people in, the
family is stood on the
left while the doctor is
on the right.The
calculator is used as a
hospital bed as well. It
wasn’t lit up very well
because we wanted it
to be a sad moment
so made the lighting
darker.
3. StageTwo:
The red tape in this
stage is a cross to
represent that his
heart beat has now
gone and that
something bad has
now happened. A
medium shot and a
close up shot is used
to make the point
more obvious.The
lighting again is dark
to show that
something bad as
happened as the
patient now need CPR.
4. StageThree:
The red tape as the
background is still the
same to still show the
heart is no longer
beating. And in this stage
a close up is used mostly
on the patient to show
he’s now dead, to show
he's dead we used the red
tape to cover him(like a
sheet).The doctor is
telling the family in the
corner that their family
member has passed
away.The lighting has got
a bit lighter than before
to show that he's going to
heaven.
5. Stage Four:
The background is
the same. But a
medium shot is used
again to show the
parents on the floor
where they are upset
with the loss.The
lighting is darker here
because it’s a horrible
moment so the
lighting needs to be
darker to show that
its going to be
unhappy.The
atmosphere needs to
be portrayed as dull
and gloomy.
6. Stage Five:
The background has
now changed to a dead
face to show that the
patient has now
actually died and the
colour black was used
to emphasis death.The
lighting has now got
brighter here mainly
around the bed to get
the viewer to focus on
the bed and what's
happened. Medium
shot is used again to
show the parents going
to see their family
member. It was needed
to fit the image.
