2. Objectives of the Family
Empowerment Seminar:
 enhance participants’ basic knowledge and
responsibilities toward raising a family
responsibly in a moral sense of the word; in
accordance with the Provision of the 1987
Constitution of the Republic; and in
harmony with the teachings of their faith;
 rediscover their authentic place in the
family and their relationship with the wider
family outside the home;
 promote camaraderie among parents thus
strengthen bonding with partners
(husbands/wives) and fellow participants;

3.  confront participants’ sensibilities and
compel them to understand that abortion
and all forms of contraceptives are by no
means evil and destructive and should not
be entertained;
 teach participants the natural way of family
management and managing their couple
fertility through the Billings Ovulation
Technology.

by Pope Paul VI and issued on 25 July 1968.
Subtitled On the Regulation of Birth, it re-

most forms of artificial birth control.
