2. • Consider key approaches to creating these
integrative pathways, including (1) an
institutional or faculty driven agenda and (2) a
community or place-based agenda. These
are not mutually exclusive and may be
thought of along a continuum, but
participants will be exposed to models.
• Brainstorm and discuss what their own
needs in terms of knowledge, professional
development, authority, resources and and
supports to identify and build these pathways
