4. -How did you identify your visual,
auditory and kinaesthetic learners?

5. Teacher Gumawan and Sarah are facilitators and
delegators or student centered.
Are you always like Teacher Gumawan and
Teacher Sarah, that is, are you like them all the
time?
6. But do not expect immediate results or do not
expect that the students can give you
immediately what is expected of them in the
lesson if you do or use student-centered
approach. The process is quite long compared
to that of a teacher centered-approach. Do you
think this is why some teachers do not prefer
the student-centered approach?
7. -Our module gives a list of strategies to
adopt to address the different types of learners.
- Please check which of these are you
doing and have not done yet in your class.
-Do you think you can adopt those which
you have not tried yet in your class?
8. How can you prevent that from happening in
your class happened in the class of Mrs

and how did it go?
Which have you not tried? Why?
10. You know the meaning of HOTS and now
additional knowledge as well about the
strategies of integrating them in the instruction
process to develop critical thinking.
Can your students answer your HOTS
questions? If not, why do you think so? Is
language the barrier?
11. I could surmise that the reasons why students can
not answer HOTS questions could be due to the
following:
1. They are not used to HOTS questions (implying
that teachers do not often ask HOTS questions.
2. Language problem; can not express in English
(that is why we have MTB in the lower grades)
3. The have poor reading skills; many are not
independent readers.
12. Please be guided by the Revised Bloom's
Taxonomy of Learning Objectives as your
guide
in asking HOTS questions.

collaborative approach of learning.
Which of the 4 elements is difficult to do by
your student when they do group work?
19. Reflect on the case of Mr. Budiarto.

experienced at any point in your life or career
as a teacher?
If yes, can you recall what happened and is it
okay to share it with the class?
20. And personally, my advice to you in order to
improve your written and oral communication is
to embrace my advocacy on READING. You read
and read and read then write and write and
write. As teachers we are expected to
communicate well either orally or in writing to
our stakeholders
