2. • On your desktop
• Note: use laptop/pc; don’t use your cellphone
• Click start menu then search control panel
• Click programs
• Click programs and features
• If you have adobe acrobat software uninstall it
• Replace it with adobe acrobat reader dc
• If available adobe acrobat reader dc proceed to next slide

3. Installing adobe acrobat reader dc
• Uncheck the two mcafee
• Then download adobe
reader dc

4. After installing acrobat
reader dc
• Open r10.lms.deped.gov.ph
• Click deped commons teachers
• Click continue with google account
• Then use your deped email in logging in

14. Opening your PNPKI form
• Right click the file
• Choose open with
• Then choose and click adobe acrobat reader dc
• Note: DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY DOUBLE CLICK/ ENTER THE FILE

15. FILLING IN YOUR INFORMATION IN THE
FORM
• REMEMBER THIS INFORMATIONS
• ALL CAPS tanan except sa email address
• i fill out katong mga red boxes, kay kato ra ang required
• ang format sa birthdate sir is DD/MM/YYYY
• TIN should 123-456-789
• CELLPHONE NO. 09XX-XXX-XXXX
