This document discusses a S.W.O.T. analysis for the Washington Mystics WNBA team. It identifies the team's strengths as their championship-caliber coach and players like Elena Delle Donne, support from the Monumental Sports network, strong jersey sales, and a recently downsized arena. Weaknesses include an inability to consistently build their brand and potential injuries and free agents. Opportunities exist in the WNBA draft, DC sports culture, and partnerships with the NBA and WNBA. Threats include smaller market share as new teams join, low player salaries, and challenges increasing revenue sharing between players and owners.

to declare for draft
(currently 22).
DC Sports Culture

successful sports franchises.
With the recent success of the
Nationals and Capitals the fans
of DC sports teams are more
interested in sports currently.
