1.Main Characteristics of wood pellet machine
(1) Vertical feeding, sawdust directly feed into press room naturaly without the
compulsory force.
(2) Die is static, rollers rotate; materials are evenly distributed around pelletizing room
because of centrifugal force.
(3) Double-layer die. Two layers both can be used for reduce the cost. the total service life
of alloy steel is max1000hrs , some supplier exaggerate , their die service life is
2000-3000hrs
(4) unique design are good for cooling the pelletizing room.there is a fan blower , it can
draw out of the heat directly from the pressing room , protect beareings to longer the
bearings' service life
(5) high formation without much remaining powder , the formation ratio is 98%
