Zurich wanted to improve the quality of its underwriting and
bring together employees as a result of increasing competitive
pressure and as part of a wider initiative to develop service
levels. To create enthusiasm at the initiative launch, we gave all
employees a specially designed carton full of popcorn branded
‘CUE – Creating Underwriting Excellence’, supported by a range
of material including a clapperboard, PowerPoint templates,
folders, binders, dividers and powerful posters, using a movie
theme. The campaign was well received and the strong visual
platform created a longevity for subsequent core activities.
