  the auxiliary verb "has" or "have" with the
  past participle.

 I HAVE RECENTLY FINISHED MY HOMEWORK.
   SHE HASN´T STUDIED FOR THE EXAM YET
• We use the Present Perfect to say that an action
  happened at an unspecified time before now.




        I have seen that movie twenty times.
• We CAN use the Present Perfect with
  unspecific expressions such as: ever, never,
  once, many times, several times, before, so
  far, already, yet, etc.

    I HAVE NEVER JUMPED FROM A BRIDGE
• We use to describe actions that happened in
  the past with a result now
 I have bought a car.
• We use to describe actions that happened in
  the past and didn´t finished yet.

                          I have lived in this city since 1985.




 I have played tennis since my childhood.
