This project involved writing basic SQL*Plus commands, Date functions, character
functions and string concatenations, subqueries and joins.
• Group Case Study (DataBase Management System)
Part I. This project involved creating a report containing an executive summary, a set
of relations in third normal form (3NF) for each user view, integrated set of 3NF
relations for the database, entity relationship diagram, functional decomposition
diagram, a crud matrix and conclusion for a company in a case study.
Part II. This project also involved building a functional application using Oracle
forms.

These projects were to analyze strategic opportunities of a company. It involved
analyzing the mission statement, market attractiveness, competitors, self, strategic
opportunities, evaluating strategic opportunities, SWOT, segmenting, targeting, and
positioning of a company.
• Creative Brief, the Pitch and Evaluation Report (Advertising & Communication)
These projects included developing an integrated marketing communications strategy
and briefing document which could then provide the basis for a marketing
communications programme, preparation of a formal “pitch” for the client’s business,
and criticise or support specific elements of the integrated marketing communications
campaign developed by the agency.
• MARKSTRAT Game, Initial Plan and Strategic Plan (Marketing Strategic)
MARKSTRAT is a computer simulation specifically designed for teaching marketing
strategy concepts. The simulation provides a good setting for planning, control,
feedback, and adaptation of marketing activities, and incorporates important strategic
marketing issues.

1) Upgrade credit management system based on payment term.
Adding new credit check in delivery level, create new credit control area, credit
group, risk category and select OLDEST OPEN ITEM with 30 days in OVA8.
2) Implement Consignment process
This is a new end to end rollout project since we have new business
requirement to cater customers in China. We created Consignment process as
below:
a) Consignment fill up
Transfer to customer account without billing.
b) Consignment issue
This is use when our customer sell to end customer.
c) Consignment pick up
This is use when customer take back the unsold goods.
d) Consignment Return
This is use when customer return faulty goods to us.
3) Enhance pricing condition to include freight cost and resolve rounding issue.
This project is to automatically create freight cost in PO from sales order
creation in a Third Party process.
This process is to resolve the rounding issue in Total amount for invoice
during billing creation.
4) Implement GST for SD module.
This is a new rollout project for new Government Service Tax(GST) which
introduced in Malaysia on the last April 2015. I work actively we the vendor,
and end user to identify in which situation the GST is relevant or irrelevant. I
do the testing for the customising done by the vendor, I conduct user
acceptance test together with user and vendor, creating new design of the
invoice form to include GST, I help to do mass maintenance for Condition
Records, customer master and material master by using LSMW, I help to
create training material and conduct the training for end users. I make sure the
project is running on track.
5) Implement down/advance payment process to incorporate GST.
Design new process flow to cater advance payment by the customer and
making sure the accounting entry is accurate.
6) Implement proforma invoice for custom clearance.
This is an enhancement to our previous manual creating of proforma invoice
using Excel. This is also an end to end project implementation.
Supporting other modules like MM, PP, and FI. Support other third party system –
CXC system and the integration with SAP system.
