WHAT IS CARDIO-VASCULAR ENDURANCE
 It refers to an athlete’s ability to sustain prolong exercise
for minutes or hours.
 It measure the efficient to an athlete’s circulatory system
and respiratory system in supply o2 to the waking muscle.
HOW TO PERFORM 12 MWT
 It requires the person being tested to ran or walk as far as
possible in a 12 minute period.
 The objective is to measure the maximum distance
covered by the individual during.
 It is usually carried out on running track by placing 2
cones at various distance.
SAFELY FIRST
 It’s recommended than you have physicians clearance
before performing this test.
 WARM UP
 Perform a short warm us for 10 to 15 minutes before test.
 LUN OR WALK
 When you warmed up, get going, run or walk as far as you
can in 12 minutes.
