All the information about the manufacturing cost and the additional information is taken by Raj
electrical.
They are in both manufacturing and maintenance of the transformer.
They are in industry from 2 years and are able to manufacture about 200 to 300 units per/month
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. For the manufacturing of 1000 units of 63KVA transformers 3 months will be need min
and the supply of fund should be uninterrupted.
2. The total electric bill of factory and office is 25,000 /month.
3. The insurance is provided by the tendering company.
4. A huge amount is to be deposited as security after the tender is accepted (for
manufacturing of ₹1,72,30,600).
5. Legal Paper work charges are not included in the cost sheet. (It was informed that all the
legal cost is paid by the companies which place the oder of manufacture.)
