application. I have known Mr. Jaafar while he was working in my hotel, Mandilada Village Hotel,
Samos, Greece as an Assistant to the General Manager. Mr. Jaafars duties entailed among others the
management of all bookings, management and supervision of the running of the hotel (facilities,
services) and customer services.
During the period of our collaboration Mr. Jaafar has displayed excellent organizational and
communication skills. He has managed to adopt very easily and soon become an important part of the
hotel team. Mr. Jaafar has the ability to build very strong and sincere relationships not only with his
colleagues but also with the company owners and senior management. He is a trustworthy person
with a great sense of duty and dedication to the companys targets.
One of Mr. Jaafars greatest assets is his determination to overcome any difficulties and his excellent
professional behavior. He is a very good team leader and at the same time he is an exceptional team
worker eager to help and give advice when needed. He is always punctual and able to meet very strict
deadlines. It is also worth mentioning that he is very productive when working under pressure without
losing his temper and positive thinking.
While he was working with us he has managed to solve many managerial problems that our Hotel
Company was facing and he offered us really valuable advice. We greatly appreciate and value his
contribution as we consider him a vital part of our company though he is not working with us anymore.
