As Finance and Insurance representative - F&I
I carry all the responsibility and finance needs of our clients of whom more than
90% might require finance. The validating of the documentation that goes hand in
hand with finance is high on my priority list. My responsibilities include constant
communication and negotiations with the clients, brokers and banks to who I
submit finance applications via the SIGNIO or SERITI Systems for approval.
After discussing the terms and conditions and available products – for witch I have
been accredited- with the clients I request or release - depending on the bank - a
contract from the bank and assist clients in signing these contracts by releasing if
applicable the pin. By making sure that all the necessary documents and covers is
in place and registered I’m able to arrange for quick and accurate pay out. I only
sign off on deals once it was paid out. I always make back up files on my
computer to enable me to assist clients with any future queries or initiate repeat
business. Clients is also provided with copy’s and policies of relevant documents
