• Reduced SKU offering at a consumer packaged goods company by 35%, driving improved
manufacturing and supply chain efficiencies and overall cost savings throughout the
organization.
• As an independent consultant, performed a manufacturing footprint rationalization/capacity
optimization study for a $60M private, multi-national high tech packaging company. The
project required an extensive site visit to the manufacturing facility and regional finance HQ
in Manila, Philippines.
