through the usage of certain software that were utilized by the company over a long
stretch as far as time was concerned.
The organization took a decision to ensure a set of changes within the accounting
method. The individual was not very fond of it, though it opened up a number of
ways for him to acquire knowledge about new things. The tolerance level to
changes for the manager in accounting section was extremely low; he needed to
ensure that he was swift to make a shift into the newer knowledge from the old
ways.
Through this, we can say that, the manager was certainly not inclined to tolerating
changes in the given scenario. The aspects that increase resistance to certain
changes in people consist of internal and external aspects. For the company, it is
significant to ensure formulating schemes capable of helping it in avoiding
resistance to changes in the best possible manner without further issues.
