3. CAN I GET A REPORT…….?
Payer requirement: Referring Provider location must be within 50 miles of performing provider for specific insurance products, matched that against appointments to notify patients if they would not
be able to be seen-Yes we did that!
Claims were getting denied for old Medicare numbers; Needed to identify patients with an upcoming appointment who had the old Medicare numbers in the Guarantor profile. Identified specific plans and Medicare numbers
ending in A or B – Yes we did that!
Created a report analyzing the scanning productivity of staff. There was an issue of reasonableness of overtime. Identified how many scans per hour for every hour. Staff was much less productive
after hours.-Yes we did that!
Created a report for the check in desk to identify who had guarantor balances, when was their last payment, and how much was it. Sorted by appt time. – Yes we did that!
Created a series of reports combining Medical Manager and Intergy Data by Patient allowing continuity of analysis.- Yes we did that!
Created a report where a base code is entered and the results show what other services patient received that day as well as the financials for the entire encounter- Yes we did that!
Created a report which allows the physician to know what revenue to expect based on charges entered the day before. Payer/CPT/Modifer/Place of Service/Sequestration– all addressed.
Created aging report by plan/cpt /modifier/patient to track payer issues with new modifiers- Yes we did that!
Help! Our Cloud EHR is a failure, they sent us images, and patient AR. Can you build something to merge the information together? ; a quasi EMR with url links to the patient’s images. Yes we did that!
Created custom reports for submission of MIPS measures.- Yes we did that!
Created a calendar view of upcoming New Patients and Established Patients for nursing staff resource allocation. Yes we did that!
Identified accounts that are out of balance in Medical Manager through balancing to Tableau- Yes we did that too!
