Upgrades are now client installable.
5. Mission: Ahead. It’s our job to stay ahead of
the digital transformation of healthcare.
Private Exchange – connects offices in the region/area and
aligns to organization specific business goals. The funding is
private and governance is enterprise driven.
Regional Exchange – connects all the healthcare organizations
in a given region/area, along with national data providers,
local public health care organizations, and more. The funding is
private and the governance is with RHIO-Collaborative and
stakeholders.
Exchange Network – connects several independent Health
Information Exchanges, creating a Health Information
Exchange network. These are usually at the state or federal
level and this one has the goal to achieve meaningful use and
patient safety. Funding is state, federal, and other sources, and
their governance is HIO created through a state designated
entity.
