- غالبا الناس اللي ممتازة ما هتلاقيها فاضية وبتتفاعل مع البوستات اللي بتنزل عالقروبات لانو دايما عندو شغل ومش كتير فاضي.. فان انا معني بناس مميزة ممكن اسأل Who is referring them? Do you trust that person? Ask him about example ? Cost details ? Any issues during the project

- Why do freelancers like long term? Not only it means more money, it's that they spend less time searching for projects and clients
- If you need it fast, put “ASAP” or “Right now”. If you don't put that, people will bid and then leave

- Divide out your project into sections then ask them to give an estimate for each section (time and money)
- Invite freelancers to bid. You will increase your chance to get a suitable freelancer
- Hire different people for each part, they will be specialists in what they do and save you a lot of time and money
- Add your team to group chat. You have to make sure everybody is synced with the others and on the same page
- You are a client, not a freelancer. Even worst client find freelancers who would like to work with him

- If you delay, the other person will match that delay You can't blame the freelancer if he don’t submit the work before the deadline

- لا تتعامل بكل مرة مع واحد جديد، حاول تلاقي واحد تعتمد عليه ويصير فاهمك وانتا فاهمو وابني علاقة ثقة بينكم .. هتاخد ديلز افضل هيك
- قد يكون بسبب انو المشروع طلع اكبر مما يتوقع، او انتا حطيت كلام عام وهو انصدم بالتفاصيل المطلوبة
