Editor's Notes
Are you operational practices fit for purpose or are they out of date?
Are you future proofed? E.g. do you have the appropriate ICT, Facilities and knowledge of new changes in legislation to make sure you are ready and able to compete effectively in the modern ‘business’ environment.
How do you manage risks?
Is your governance right? Is your committee well informed so they can make properly considered decisions?
Do you have regular staff meetings to solve little problems before they become big problems?
