• Annual generation of 73,936 KWh

16 kW high head micro hydro scheme in
Brecon Beacons National Park
• Total construction costs £115,000
• Ynni’r Fro loan £70,000
• Annual income forecast of £17,000
• Net profit of £3,600
• Annual energy generation of 65,833 kWh

13. Groups are using the income for:
• Reducing fuel bills
• Insulating houses in the community
• Heating community halls
• Training members of the community, for
example to fit boilers or insulation
• Building or buying local assets
