2. OUTSIDE THE TROLLEY
Successfully developed and
implemented this unique marketing
approach to attract local Realtors to
learn, view and ultimately bring buyers
out to purchase homes from John
Maher Builders.
Who I represented

3. Met with local Brokers to set up Realtor tours. I used email,
flier and poster campaigns to enlist agents. This
is an example of a poster created & posted in offices.

4. Presentations included touring communities while
sharing reasons to bring their clients out to view our
homes and neighborhoods.

5. Tours focused on showing homes
under construction.

6. Presentation was to point out construction differences
while building value in our homes giving Agents
reasons to bring their clients in.

7. Tours included presentations of Model
Homes.

8. As well as multi-family homes.

inPhotoshop and topics covered in the 90
minute trolley presentation.

10. Another hand out I designed and gave out
during the trolley tours.

11. Branded Marketing created and added to
presentations that brought in immediate sales.

12. High volume sales and
success was quickly earned.
