approach to attract local Realtors to
learn, view and ultimately bring buyers
out to purchase homes from John
Maher Builders.
Who I represented
3. Met with local Brokers to set up Realtor tours. I used email,
flier and poster campaigns to enlist agents. This
is an example of a poster created & posted in offices.
4. Presentations included touring communities while
sharing reasons to bring their clients out to view our
homes and neighborhoods.
