2. How to operate the printer

3. 1. First, make sure the computer is already installed
with the printer.
2. Next, open the document to print.

4. 3. Check the document that will print in print
preview.

5. 4. Click the office button in the top left corner
and click toolbar print or press Ctrl + P in
keyboard.

6. 5. And then you will see a picture like
that .

7. 6. You must search printer’s name.

8. 7. In the Page Range option, you can select
all, current page or pages to print,.

9. 8. To determine the number of copies, you can
type the number you need.

10. 9. To determine what kind of paper, coloring,
display and output quality. You can select the
Properties menu.

11. 10. Finally click ok.
