To know your own power is the power we all have, our ability to cope with the ups and downs of life. By becoming aware of the drama we carry in our thoughts. Once you start to recognise this , become aware, only then can we change how we feel. Our thoughts dictate how we feel. Stress is a killer, we know this and yet we are unaware of how to deal with this.
Some of the many thoughts that go through our heads . When you really start to watch them ,you become aware and that means, now, you can help yourself and find an calmer way to live your life.
When you start to take notice of them you realize the madness that goes through our minds. These thoughts results in our feelings which effects our body. Some believe our stinking thinking leads to bad health. Now imagine this to be true and think what feeling better in our thoughts could do for our health.
Our moods are like the weather. Storms come into our lives and then in time they turn to sunshine. Knowing this can help us in the hard times.
What ever happens will turn around if you let it. Time is a great healer, if you use this time wisely.
It is no wonder we are all addicted to watching the soaps….. We love drama. In our own lives we keep a lot of the past going by our drama thoughts, we keep it alive.
It really is up to us to take responsibility for how we feel. Knowing that, what anyone might say, or do to you ..That you can drop that thought and turn it around, This is the key …your power…..your choice..
Ah, the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, pot of gold is the wisdom.. To know that what ever life brings, you will get through it and better times will appear. For every ending there is a new beginning on its way.
Learn to go with the flow, trust life. Connect with what you have in your life and value it. Value all around you. Connect with what is and accept what is not.
What I have in my presentation is life experience and reading books mostly by Eckhart Tolle. I don’t quote what he says as it is my understanding of what he says.
