1. PROJECT SNAPSHOTS Most folks show you the perfect projects when making a presentation or case study, but I'm not. Anybody can do a good job when everything goes right- it's the decisions you make and what you do when problems arise that make you stand out. The projects highlighted here were fraught with issues that required effective and creative solutions. I hope you find this presentation informative and not too boring. Vince Fuess
7. Due to the aggressive design criteria and the abrasiveness of the particulate, long radius elbows were required. We coated the inside of all the elbows with an abrasion-resistant polyurea compound.
8. The duct inlets and outlets of the cartridge unit were required to be manifolded in lieu of plenums- due again to the application. The inlet manifold ducts are oversized to reduce air velocity, also a replaceable abrasive inlet plate was utilized.

10. Thanks to oversizing the cloth-to-air ratio on the cartridge unit, the customer has never HAD to change a filter- they just change them every four years because they want to, and that makes them very happy.
