3 Constructability Plan
AGPC to arrange constructability plan/schedule/sequence from package 3 sub contractor for
site erection works to allow GPS to plan and align skids and modules deliveries accordingly.
GPS will provide the necessary inputs post 60 % model review to package 3 contractor.
AGPC to discuss with Package 3 sub contractor and revert. AGPC Open
4 Chemical Injection Skids
AGPC informed in the response on HOLD list, AGPC shall furnish Chemical Injection Supplier
information required input for Process design during detail engineering. AGPC to furnish the
input.
AGPC to provide supplier contacts to enable GPS to discuss further. AGPC Open
5 Metering Packages
Metering Packages are very long Lead and are required to be ordered early in the Schedule,
GPS shall raise TQ for all the inputs required from AGPC which are to be confirmed by
Pipeline Contractor. GPS shall then proceed for ordering the Metering Packages as per
confirmed inputs in TQ

6 Scope definition between GPS/Package-4
GPS has prepared detailed scope matrix between GPS and Package-4 Contractor to be
discussed
Package 4 scope split discussed. GPS will share the scope matrix to AGPC for
further discussion with package 4 sub contractor.

7 N2 package
AGPC proposed Dedicated Compressor is not required for N2 generation package, but to be
taken from Instrument Air compressor discharge.

1 Scope limit for vendor packages
Vendor package scope, wherever instrumentation/isolations etc. are required, shall be part
of vendor scope.
GPS scope shall be as marked in GPS P&IDs.
This applies to all vendors.
1. Any items that are not supplied by the Package vendors (e.g. GTG vendor
etc.) shall be considered in AGPC scope.
It is expected that the datasheet or design specifications for such items will be
provided by respective package vendor.

3 Liquid feed cooler deletion
Liquid Feed Cooler Deletion will have no significant effect on any other equipment or Sales
gas specification, but a slight increase in Sales gas compressor power (~25KW increase) is
observed. This is ~1% increase in Sales Gas compressor duty.
As this increase in Compressor duty is manageable, AGPC instructed GPS to
delete Liquid Feed Cooler (Refer to CRS response to PFDs dated 30-May-2019).
