FOLLOWING POINTS WERE ATTENDED TO
IMPROVE OIL GUNS RELIABILITY
Ignitor insertion length modified based with reference to the erection hook
up drawing, procurement in L1
In service air line as per P&Id in place of drain valve, vent valve was
provided because of this water was getting accumulated in line, same was
rectified.
Service air moisture drain trap was serviced and manual opening of trap
bypass valve ensured for healthiness of drain trap.
In ignitor cooling air header manual drain valve provided and Auto drain
valve way forward.
Dummy Sequence Trial in every PM
Gun Chock Logic provided for easy trouble shooting

LDO Header Pressure optimized to 10 kg/cm².
HFO temperature at Firing station is maintained 120 °C, before taking HFO.
SADC position checking & rectification scheduled in every week.
Firing Station NRV inspected of all HFO corners.
Scanner Reliability improved.
Gun cleaning station and cleaning process was modified and effectiveness
improved.
Single/ pair Scavenging scheduled after every failed attempt.
