Round 2 (the third week of the month): an
eloquent video (in English) about a given topic.
For example, good leadership requires what
qualities? Base on the which criteria to consider
an employee good or not?
3. 3 MAIN ROUNDS
Round
3 (the last week of the month): (4 contestants left)
divided into small rounds again, took place in a hall.
r1: choose question packs to answer and
guess the main theme.
r2: Conduct before the judges' situation.
r3: a form of game with high antagonism. For
example: give 2 contestants a plan and they
have to assess the pros and cons of it.

aim is not only to help you dig it up but also give
you a chance to decode it by yourself – It is “The Lfactor”, the factor of a leader in you.
