Why not affirm what you want to do by a sentence
without “IF”?
IF = Internship Fair
As a university student, you always have lots of
ambitions, among which is to have a bright future.
However, to kick off well, an ideal internship that suits
you will lay a great foundation for achieving your
dream.
Career is an important journey, as always. You must not
allow yourself to use the word “IF” to talk about it.
Therefore, Internship Fair will orient you clearly to
prepare for your future. Let’s join Internship Fair and
omit the word “IF” in the dictionary of your life.
Internship Fair:
• An event aiming to give students career
orientations from the very first step, which is
to have a suitable internship. The target
audience is university students all over HCMC.
We bring the attendees choices, useful
information to help them make important
decisions for their future.

Time: 14h-18h, 20/4/2014
Venue (Expected):
Women’s Museum/Youth
Cultural House
Scale:

120-150 attendees



Coming to this event, the attendees will not only have the chance of
finding out about but also have closer approaches to 6 different
Recruiters in 6 booths. This is absolutely a wonderful opportunity when
at the same place, at the same time, they can doing their own
researches and asking questions for 6 Recruiters from 6 well-known
Companies. What is more, they can take this chance-+ to make
impressions on Recruiters.

•

The invited Recruiters are from Domestic Companies or Multinational
ones. Language used is Vietnamese.

•

Furthermore, we also have a small tea-break for the attendees to relax
and network with other friends about internship opportunities.

Purposes:
IF is held under below purposes:
•

Provide the attendees, especially those in second and third year, useful
information when they are still confused about internship orientations.

•

A place of people who have the same goals and wills of job/internship
opportunities, encourage young people to choose the right internship
for themselves.

•

Bring Recruiters much closer to university students.

about internship at their own companies.

Q&A and interaction with Recruiters.

Networking with Recruiters:

Each booth is one place for the attendees to
approach their favorite Recruiter.
An interval for the attendees to network with
Recruiters or their representatives.

Teabreak + Music performances:
•

A small tea-break with cakes and soft drinks.

•

Music performances to rouse the audience.

•

A time period to relax and exchange views on
Job/Internship opportunities.

Networking game:
•

At the end of the event, the attendees will have
the chance to join some interesting networking
games about the 6 Recruiters to get beautiful gifts
from the organizers.
