Key activities-
Website development and app development are the key activities our value proposition
requires. Marketing and surveys will be our distribution channels. And we will build
customer relationships by creating awareness.
Key resources-
Our revenue will stream by having relations with waste management and by getting
financed.
Value proposition-
We are helping to reduce food wastage. Helping the students to eat proper.
Maintaining customer flow for Sodexo. Our target is to provide students proper and
healthy food.
Customer relationships-
We can act as consultants of our customers. By acting as consultants, we can
have the perfect meal for the students.
Channels-
Our customer segment wants to be reached through social media websites and we
are reaching them apps.
Customer segment-
We are creating value for the students who would prefer eating mess food than
eating in the food court if given an option. These are our key customers.
Cost structure-
The most important cost inherent in our business will be the cost for app
development and website development. The most expensive key resource will be the
salaries to the consultants we hire and the most expensive key activity will be
marketing campaigns.
Revenue streams-
We will earn revenue through the student fee and also the online advertisements we
will have on our site and app.
