Agenda for the Day:
First, continue working silently on your Flip or Flop
research -- learning all the ins-and-outs of Project
Manager, Realtor, Designer, Contractor, & Graphic
Artist – so we can begin jig-sawing next week; the
completed packet will be graded December 5th. The
final project is due December 13th. I want us to be
fully into remodeling after Thanksgiving on our
home remodel projects.
How can you add the most value to your house,
with your $50K budget? What improvements are
essential? If you do any remodeling, have you
considered the permits, electrical, engineering, and
plumbing that may be affected?
Second, Flip or Flop! We’ll be looing at an episode
of Flip or Flop and seeing the magic of home
renovating!
Third, we’ll check-in on our Investopedia Stock
