Poor man's Funeral,
on
Poor man's Land
Where to begin, when its already the End
”Where to go and where to sleep”
Say the poorman, now a beggar, on the street !
”Or finds a days morsel, a place to be underneath”
A place to go, and a place to weep,
Nothing to eat, or nothing to keep,
In a broken straw shack, my life was stored
Now its all gone, I have nothing,
No more !!
Crowded are roads and crowded are streets
All are passing by, but no one, to pay heed !!
Oblivious are those, who see and still ignore,

2. Thy shall also go
To
The Same God 's Door !
Lost my Land – My Job !
To Vengeance of MotherNature, she took its toll !
And she took it, All !
Or sometimes to Tradesmens
Or men, with similar stand !
O 'Lord
Give me some hope, or some light,
Under a broken shed ,I rest, for a while,
Finding a reason to live, a motive to fight,
To survive and stand
To-
Make My Land - Golden & Bright !
But Alas !!
Here I stand, with nothing in my hands,
I have nowhere to go, or seek help anymore !
I Sigh, on My Life,
My Plans !

3. Future so insecure, grey and brim,
In a broken lattern, with light, so dim,
Hear a roar, a thunder & but no rain to begin !
Shivering, without a sound,
I sit on the ground,
Thinking
Of my family, That I lost, on similar grounds !
Flood, that engulfed them all !
Now,I have no one, no one, at all !
Waiting for dawn, to set in, and fog to clear,
But now, my body limp and weak,
and soon gives in,
Giving morsel to all, didn't get one for ownself !
Alas !!
Here lays a man, without a tomb, motionless on the ground !
Now this is
” Poor man's Funeral,
is on
Poor man's Land ”
A great soul, who bargained his life for others -
Got nothing in Return !!
