Healthy Eating?
Foods
Eating healty is always difficult especially amoug teenagers.
This is because people prefer convenience foods and fats, such as eggs,
cakes, hamburger or fried food. Instead heathy food are forgotten such
as vegetables, meat or pasta.
Fast food or Slow food?
Fast food isn’t healthy but teeneager love it.
This lifestyle includes: fried foods, fatty foods,
raw foods, roasted food, steaks, Oil or butter,
cakes and cheese. These foods are full of fat
and healthy lifestyle is no need for a healthy
diet and a lot of sports.
Slow food
• Slow food is a heathy food. The Slow Food movement
was founded in 1989 by Carlo Pertini, an italian
journalist who, horrified at the sight of a fast food
resturant at the food of the Spanish Steps in Rome,
decide to sep up a “slow food” movement to
counteract the potential for fast food world
domination. These organistation today have a 80,000
members in 90 different countries.
What can we eat?
• We can eat a cooked foods, organic foods,
plenty of fruits and vegetables, legumes. We
can eat a few fat such as oil or butter. Should
not miss the fish and meat. We need to drink
plenty of water for digestion and do not eat
more than 3 times a day.
